Yes if you visit New York and miss Woodbury Common Premium Outlets remember you missed ALOT ! One of the finest Outlets that I’ve been too in the States besides the one in Cabazon, California ” Desert Hills Premium Outlets” . On my Last trip to NYC on March 2012, I passed by Woodbury for some shopping ! well it wasn’t my first time there, My first time was back in summer 2010 I have mentioned it in my post NYC Shopping Madness . but this time it was different ! visiting the place in the summer is really different than the winter ! it was freezing 😛 but the interesting part was that many new outlets were opened !! it seems like a whole new outlet ! So what do you expect to find at Woodbury’s Outlet ? and how to get there from New York City ?
I have arranged with the Concierge at our hotel Marriott Marquis Times Square for a pick up with a tour bus to Woodbury Outlet. I forgot the name of the Company but you don’t need it . Actually its the ride that matters 🙂 .There was different times for pick up and drop off , its up to you to choose the time depending on how long you need to shop at the outlet . The pick up point was just around the corner of the street not at out hotel enterance . its like 5 minutes walk away.. and there was our bus waitting 🙂
its approximately an hour away from the city of New York . On the way to the outlet, the tour guide kept reminding us of the time of drop off back at the same point of the pick up and provided us with a map of the outlet ! a3sheqha hl map ! so it gives you time to plan your shopping day before arriving ! rust me study the map well you will need time on that day ! its a really really big outlet and in somehow it keeps getting bigger and more fun to shop at 😛
once we arrived we headed to the information center to get our discount coupon Booklet on certain purshases amount from different Outlets !! don’t forget it ! you will need the discounts trust me 🙂 also if you want another map or have any other question about the outlets , you will find great help at the information center 🙂 .By the time we arrived, we were early so the outlets didn not open yet ! so we headed to the food court for some breakfast and coffee 🙂
