Carriage Rides in Central Park – New York 2012

 

 I’ve read some beautiful tweets on that morning when I was still in bed at my Hotel Marriott Marquis New York  on my last trip to New York , March 2012 ! New Yorkers were so Happy  to wake up that morning to live a sunny day in the middle of March !  So I thought why not Central Park to feel and celebrate that sunny day ? I passed by Madison Avenue erlier to pick up something then walked all the way to Central park ! who says no to a great walk in New York’s streets with the sun shining and a lovely cool breeze  🙂

You know Central Park ? either you heard the word alot or you have seen central park in many  MANY movies scenes but sometimes you don’t recognize it because central park is really really huge .  I had a wish long time before .. I wanted to go on a horse carriage tour all around that park like in the movies  .. also I want to explore that park in a bike ride 🙂 and visit that Zoo in ! you know the zoo with all the animals of Madagascar movie and Night at the Museum movie 🙂 .. but your wishes never come true all in one time right 🙂 or even in one trip to new york 😛 That time  one wish came true 🙂 Let’s see which one …  

  Do you see that Hotel across the street ? its where Home Alone 2 was flimed 🙂 at The Plaza.  Anyways from where I was standing in the photo above .. I started my Horse Carriage Tour around Central Park . The tour took 20 minutes . but ofcourse didn’t cover the whole park just part of it 🙂 on that tour you will pass by many movie location in that park like the smurfs and more 😛  .. remember you can find the Horse Carriage right across the street from Apple Store Fifth Avenue and also across the street from The Plaza 🙂 I didn’t make a prerior reservation so I don’t think you need one too unless if you’re going in a peak season :). I  Couldn’t take much photos of that tour because I was so busy saying ALaaaaaaaaaaaah and wow .. whenever the horseman says this is the place where  that scene was filmed of that movie  😛 Now Let’s check out the tour !

 Each winter New Yorkers and also tourists from around the world enjoy skating at Central Park Ice Skating ! etyaninnnn o etim laih April as the horseman told me ! on my list to do for my next visit to New York inshallah 🙂
